Breakage and Returns Policy
We proudly stand behind the exceptional quality of our 3D printed products and the extent to which we protect them for shipping. Our items are crafted with precision and care, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards, and we individually bubble wrap each model, even in 100+ model packs to ensure they are as protected as possible during posting.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order order, we offer a hassle-free return policy with a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and we will arrange the return. If a model has been broken during a particularly turbulent trip in the mail, please endeavour to try to glue a fix before contacting us. If you are unable to fix the break, we will ask you to return the model and will ship a new model out to you.
Products must be in the same condition as they were received in the mail. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
Shipping Timelines
The majority of our products are made to order. That means when you place an order, a printer gets cued up to start creating your item. We don't keep inventory due to the high number of products and variations that we offer. Our goal is to ship orders within 3-5 business days, but can take up to 10 business days in rare instances depending on size of order and current backlog.

Free Shipping Thresholds
All orders within the US $35 quality for free standard shipping in checkout. Please note- overstock items are ineligible for free shipping to Australia only.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipment, send us a message as soon as possible. If your order has not yet started production, we will happily cancel your order. If your order has already started production, there may be a cancellation fee.
