Breakage and Returns Policy
We proudly stand behind the exceptional quality of our 3D printed products and the extent to which we protect them for shipping. Our items are crafted with precision and care ensuring that they meet the highest industry standards, and we pack our models robustly to ensure safe delivery, even internationally.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy with a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and we will arrange the return.
If a model has been broken during a particularly turbulent trip in the mail, you must send us a picture of each broken model and we will make a call as to what is fixable with modest hobbying. Postage costs have more than doubled in the last year and given we have maintained our low prices and postage costs we do now expect players to pick up some of the slack by gluing minor breaks that have occurred during transport. Fortunately, most breaks can be repaired almost unnoticeably, and 'hobbying' - gluing, painting, etc - is so intrinsic to miniature gaming that this is a small ask in the pursuit of making high quality miniatures available to you at market leading prices. Any models that we deem not fixable will be replaced at our cost and we point to our hundreds of positive reviews as evidence of our caring approach to these situations. We are hobbiests ourselves - we know what is simply not fixable.
Products must be in the same condition as they were received in the mail. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
Shipping Timelines
The majority of our products are made to order. That means when you place an order, a printer gets cued up to start creating your item. We don't keep inventory due to the high number of products and variations that we offer. Our goal is to ship orders within 3-5 business days, but can take up to 10 business days in rare instances depending on size of order and current backlog.

Free Shipping Thresholds
All orders within the over US $50 qualify for free standard shipping in checkout. All orders internationally over US $150 qualify for free standard shipping in checkout. Please note that we unfortunately cannot offer free shipping to Australasia.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipment, send us a message as soon as possible. If your order has not yet started production, we will happily cancel your order. If your order has already started production, there may be a cancellation fee.
